We are screening the BAFTA-winning documentary Mr. Nobody Against Putin nationwide

As part of the BIDF EXTRA program, we are bringing back to the screen the documentary Mr. Nobody Against Putin, which won the award for Best Documentary at the 2026 BAFTA Awards.

As one of the main prize-winning films of the 12th BIDF, it became one of the festival’s most impactful and sold-out screenings. It’s no surprise: through the eyes and camera of Pavel Talarkin, the film offers a completely new and unique perspective—almost with a touch of dry humor—into the Russian education system and the mechanisms of state propaganda extended into schools.

Following the festival, the film will be screened in several cities, including Balatonfüred, Budapest, Pécs, Kecskemét, and many other locations—with more cities to be announced soon.
